As the weather turns towards fall, but the days are still warm, this is a refreshing way to use up all of the cucumbers you found hiding in the garden.
Ingredients
½ pineapple | cut into large pieces
2 cucumbers | peeled
1 jalapeño | seeds removed
The juice of one lime
Instructions
Pass the pineapple, cucumbers, and jalapeño through a juicer. Add the lime juice. Stir. Serve with ice. Drink immediately. Enjoy.
